I used to live in Sydney but moved here 18 months ago for work. I have been working from home, but my company's new policy requires employees to go back to the office 5 days a week, hence the need for the swap. I'm a working professional, clean, quiet and don't smoke or use drugs. I have an extremely well-behaved small dog under 10kg who is potty trained and spayed. She'll be traveling with me and going to doggy daycare while I'm at work. I'm happy for you to bring your pet as long as they are also well-trained and don't chew or scratch furniture. The location I'm seeking in Sydney is preferably within a 10km radius of the CBD and with easy access to public transportation. The house is located in a cul de sac, with 100m from the the lake. It offers a tranquil escape while being conveniently situated 3km from the vibrant shopping hub of Warners Bay. The area is surrounded by an abundance of walking paths, cafes, and beaches, and just a 20-minute drive from the City of Newcastle.
The property offers a breathtaking backyard, complete with a spacious deck that overlooks the lake. I have a professional gardener who comes to maintain the garden on a weekly basis. The house features a modern open layout, a new kitchen with new appliances, and a workstation with a monitor (you'll need to bring your own laptop). The space is filled with ample natural light and is very clean.
