Our home is relatively new being completed in 2022. It is two story with 2 bedrooms, sitting area and bathroom upstairs. Ground level has the master suite with WIR and ensuite, open plan lounge, dining, kitchen and 3.5 car garage - Ground floor level has no steps internally or externally. Very small low maintenance yard. Lawn on the nature strip only.
Our home is very open and airy with a queensland/beach vibe.
Turners Beach's amazing long and sandy beach is only a 5 minute walk and the Forth river and reserve is only 1 minute.
The house is adjacent to the Coastal Pathway where you can walk or ride for miles in either direction.
