A married couple of 31 years, we are semi retired with our three adults sons living around the world and Australia. We are both professionals and have work and assignments in most capital cities. We are looking to travel to other Australian locations to soak up new experiences. We have family in Melbourne so that is a preference. We have a cavoodle and are keen on events, sport, golf, walking and good food.

Our Beach House is 20 Minutes from Cooloongatta Airport and 100 meters from the Pacific Ocean in the famous Northern Rivers region of the Tweed Coast of New South Wales. 35 minutes from Byron Bay to the South and Surfers Paradise to the North . It is a one level low set beach home with a pool surrounded by an entertaining deck. It is architecturally designed to capture natural light over its three pavilions, has a pool room, and is situated at the South end of Casuarina Beach with full access to beach havens of Cabarita and Kingscliff by bike/walk paths.

Our home is 100 metres from the Pacific Ocean. Casuarina Beach is a seaside community nestled between Cararita to the South and Kingscliff to the North. Byron Bay is 35 minutes away and Brisabane 1 hour 20 minutes.
Leading restaurants are in walking distance. Access to sports stadiums on the Gold Coast, golf courses, and waterways. There is no high rise and plenty of peace and quite.
