Our house is just across the road from the Elwood Beach - about a 5 to 10 minute walk. It is also around the corner from Ormond Road shops which have a number of cafes, restaurants, IGA and specialty shops. Elwood is also the next suburb beside St Kilda. Elwood is a safe and community village tucked in between the more bustling St Kilda and Brighton. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main one is downstairs with a walk in wardrobe and bathroom. There is a bathroom upstairs with 3 bedrooms. The house has a small back yard and covered in seating decking area with comfy couches. There is a large downstairs open living, dining and kitchen area and also a second separate spacious office and TV room upstairs.

Quirky and charismatic large family home in the heart of Elwood. Filled with family and travel treasures, with many interesting collectables from all over the world, enough to keep you entertained for hours! It is a two storey house and will sleep 8 people (with 4 bedrooms). The downstairs bedroom is the master bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and is connected to a separate toilet and bathroom. The three smaller bedrooms are located upstairs as well as a small bathroom, plus a large office/ open area. Downstairs is a warm and open living space that includes the living room, dining room and a well resourced kitchen (belonging to a retired chef!). Out the back there is a small garden space filled with beautiful potted plants, a clothesline and a shed. The backdoor leads out on to an undercover deck area that is great for outdoor relaxation any time of the year (as there is clear blind that can come down to enclose the space).
Located just across the road from Elwood beach as well as Elsternwick dog park and the wetlands it in a prime location! Around the corner from Ormond Road cafes and restaurants, an IGA and other food speciality shops all within walking distance. There is a bus around the corner which takes you to Acland Street St Kilda, with an easy tram ride in to the Melbourne CBD and Spencer Street Station. Elsternwick station is a 15 minuet walk across the park which will also take you to Melbourne CBD.
