I am a pet and garden-loving empty nester who wishes to spend 2025 living in Sydney before I commit to selling my home in Fitzroy North, Melbourne and moving permanently. When my daughter was younger, we lived in Darlinghurst, Erskineville, and Clovelly and I am hoping to return to the Eastern suburbs. My two bedroom apartment in Fitzroy North is a two minute walk to Brunswick Street in one direction and Edinburgh Gardens in the other. It is literally the best Melbourne location I have ever lived in. Don't get me started about the local food and the coffee! I live in a small block of six and am on the top floor at the rear. Amazing views from all the windows and it's very private with no joining walls to my neighbours. As you can see from the photos my place is bright and clean, recently renovated with a drawer dishwasher. One bedroom has a double bed and the other a queen. There is a shared back yard with very high fences for anyone that wishes to bring their doggo or pet. I am reliable, clean and neat and a non smoker. I will follow any instructions regarding your home's care to a T. I can guarantee that you will want me back or be recommending me to your friends.
