I am a single mature male with an adult son. I will generally be travelling alone, but occasionaly with my son or a friend. My property is a 3 bedroom garden apartment on Sydney's lower North Shore, short bus trip from the harbour, city CBD and other major shopping locations, plus railway and metro staions. The apartment complex includes the use of three swimming pools (one indoor with spa and sauna) and a tennis court. 5 bminute walk to Lane Cove River reserve (kayaks available close to shore), walking distance to local convenience stores and cafes. The apartment is a large 205 m2 family friendly property with large living area, large courtyard garden, three bedrooms (or two plus study), one bathroom with separate WC, and internal laundry. Both bathroom and kitchen have been recently upgraded - bathroom with shower and bath.
