We're Tobias, Emma and Sullivan. Sully has only recently arrived on earth (October 2024) and we want to take him to different places around Australia. Our priority for early 2025 is the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane or the Gold Coast to see family and friends. We are also open to anywhere else.

Welcome to our cosy, ground floor 2-bedroom apartment in Thornbury, a lively and creative suburb in the inner north of Melbourne. Perfect for couples, small families, or individuals looking for a comfortable base while exploring the area.
Living Space: West-facing living area with a comfy sofa, smart TV, and dining table. The reading nook has a luxe recliner/rocking chair with a view to one of our lovely court yards.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, blender, food processor, percolator and coffee plunger.
Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with large windows letting in plenty of natural light. The main bedroom has a queen bed and opens into the front courtyard. The smaller bedroom has a bassinet and can be set up with a comfortable Zempire double camping mattress.
Bathroom: Small bathroom with a bath, shower and washing machine. Toilet is separate.
Outdoor Space: Two private courtyards with seating to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Herbs and a weber gas BBQ are available to supplement the kitchen.
Extras: Wi-Fi, split system heating/cooling, ceiling fans, robot vacuum and off-street parking for one medium sized car. Street parking is available.
Car: we are open to arranging a car swap for our Mazda CX3 (manual drive).
No pets sorry and smoking must be kept outside in the courtyards.

Our apartment is situated in a friendly, leafy neighbourhood that feels fun, well connected and quiet and peaceful at the same time.
Miller Street is home to the closest shops - IGA, bottle shops, cafes, Merri Bar, takeaway options, gift shops, post office, gelateria & salons.
There are great parks, playgrounds and the beautiful Merri Creek near by, all accessible by walking and bike ways.
The famous High St is only 15 minutes walk away (according to TimeOut it's the coolest street in the world with several new bars and restaurants opening recently).
Public Transport:
It is two minutes walk to #11 tram which takes you easily through Northcote, Fitzroy, near Collingwood, Carlton and the into the CBD and Docklands.
It is ten minutes walk to the train at Thornbury station, then a relaxed trip to the city and it's offerings, or central stations if you want to change and then venture onto other parts of Melbourne.
