Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Runaway Bay, Gold Coast, QLD
I am a retiree living on the northern Gold Coast in a lovely townhouse on a canal. My plan is to drive to other house swap destinations with my mini Maltese Missy. I go overseas to visit family for an extended period at least once a year and Missy can’t come with me so I hope these local expeditions will give both myself and her a little time together in another environment.

A comfortable and relaxing 3 bedroom townhouse with one bedroom downstairs. There are two separate lounge areas, one upstairs and one downstairs. The lounge downstairs looks onto the canal and there is a patio and garden outside to enjoy. The complex also has a pool and tennis court available. There are only 35 townhouses and it is gated. There is a boardwalk and it’s lovely to stroll around it in the evening.
