Dog-friendly apartment across St Kilda Beach and Catani Gardens. The perfect Christmas/NYE location. My apartment is super cozy and is the ideal location for anyone who loves the beach and the city. I love this place so much but since I work from home, I'm looking to change my scenery just a little bit for the holidays.
The apartment is on the second floor (the tallest floor). It is very private. The extra room/living room in the home is used as an office space (which you can use) and has a pullout couch for you to lounge and watch movies on our projector. It basically becomes an at home movie theatre. So much to love about this cozy one bedroom space.

We are looking to swap with others in Melbourne from Dec 26-Jan 4 (dates are very flexible, we can stay longer or shorter). It would be me, my partner Sam, and our very-behaved/trained medium dog Rosie. She is half labrador and frenchie.
