We are in our sixties and mostly retired. I worked as a construction project manager and my husband as a sales manager. We have been married for nearly forty years and love to keep our house, garden and pool in tip-top shape. We have a professional cleaner who helps keep it clean too. We have rented accommodation every year for 40 years in Australia and occasionally overseas (mostly Europe). We have a five-star guest rating as we like to leave a place as lovely as when we arrived.

We have a large well-maintained, two-storey home with three living rooms, three large screen TVs plus a smaller one in the fairly new large well-equipped kitchen. There's also a study, large laundry, a spa bath in the huge ensuite, a bath and shower in the large main bathroom and shower and toilet in the guest/pool bathroom downstairs. The fourth bedroom is set up as a TV room. We have wi-fi and Netflix.
The house has fully ducted airconditioning to both levels and a lock-up remote-control garage door.
A fabulous covered outdoor deck area overlooks the lawn, pool, mains gas BBQ, and has valley views. The fully-fenced, salt-water pool is heated from November to approximately late March and it has a shallow beach area to sit and relax.
No smoking in the house but okay on the deck if the rear door is closed.
No glass in the pool area. Pets considered on request.

Cherrybook is a suburb of Sydney in the leavy Hills District.
We have great local shopping, bush walks and bike riding. Fagin Park is not far and well worth a visit. The Blue Mountains are an easy day trip as is the city which has great art galleries, museums and theatres as well as it's famous landmarks.
