We are a couple of professionals over 50, Tony is a Chemical Engineer, Inma is a Non Executive Director. Inma has a public profile you can find her on LinkedIn under Inma Beaumont. We have two properties for swapping within our family home. The main house upstairs (3 bedrooms - sleeps 5 people) for simultaneous swaps when both Tony and Inma travel together. And a totally self contained apartment under the house that we can swap when only Inma travels or for non simultaneous swaps. We have adult children that don't live with us anymore but sometimes one or two might travel with us. We love dogs and cats and can look after animals in general. Inma has become friends with people we have swapped houses with in the past and she often pet sits for them when they go travelling - she loves animals and she loves a change of scenery as she can do her work remotely from anywhere.

Coolum Beach is 20 minutes drive from Noosa. Situated in the Sunshine Coast it has a lovely feel, calmer than Noosa. Close to Mount Coolum and other walking areas. You can walk all the way to Noosa National park following the beach north. It has lots of restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, etc. It’s a best kept secret in the Sunshine Coast.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Inma's house in the lovely suburb of Clayfield, Brisbane. There is lots of space indoors and out, on large deck and gardens, great for us to spread out. Wonderful little café just around the corner, and a short walk to Eagle Junction station for easy access to the city..
