We are a young active couple in our ealy thirties and just returned from travelling and getting married in New Zealand. We have previously owned our own home in Hawks Nest NSW before our jobs took us to QLD We currently own our home in Caloundra QLD and have two well trained Border collie dogs. I work for an NDIS provider and my wife is a Registered Nurse. We are looking to move to Perth for a year or so as my wife has been offered a position at Joondalup hospital and my job can be done remotely. We are very proud non-smoking home owners and are reliable, honest and clean and we care for other properties as we would our own. We are both sporty, enjoy cooking and involvement in the community.

Free standing, single level, 4-bedroom house with a small backyard located in quiet suburban area close to Caloundra township (approx 10 min drive)
It has a large lounge/dining area with large deck off the back with a built-in BBQ.
The Master bedroom has an ensuite and walk in wardrobe and all other bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. It also has a Media room and one of the bedrooms is set up as an office. It has a separate laundry and double garage .
The garden requires minimal maintenance and there is a small amount of mowing.
It is close to schools (approx 5 min drive), parks (2 min walk) and a shopping centre (5 Min). Beaches are a 10-15 min drive away.
The house also has solar panels to help reduce electricity costs.
