2 storey beach house, 2 queen bedrooms, bath and kitchen and living area upstairs. ! queen , 3 singles, 2nd bathroom/laundry downstairs.
Billiard table, 4 kayaks, a canoe and jetty onto the creek and the lake from backyard.

On the shores of Lake Conjola. Close to ocean beaches.
Great paddle craft area, surfing, fishing and safe lake swimming.
Small quiet coastal village 7 kms from thriving Milton which has many eateries, local arts, music and culture. Great shopping.
Natural paradise close to several National Parks.
3 hours drive south of Sydney and east of Canberra.

The Location

Lake Conjola is a coastal lake which is great for fishing, swimming,boating and paddle craft. The beach at the entrance is a popular surfing spot. Our village has a Bowling club and a general store. Milton is 15 mins away and offers great shopping. It and Ulladulla offer many cafes and restaurants, clubs, live music and a theatre and cinema. Mollymook beach is a hotspot for surfing and swimming and is patrolled in summer. Lively arts scene. Natural paradise surrounded by bush and dotted with coastal lakes.
