Hi - I live on 5 acres about 10 miles outside of Lawrence, Kansas - a very hip college town. I am about 25 minutes from Topeka and about 50 minutes from Kansas City.

This is a homely (but not fancy) ranch style house with a walk-out basement. Three bedrooms/2 baths up top and 1 bedroom/bath downstairs. No other houses are visible from mine and I often see deer/turkey/fox/owls - in fact there are 2 turkeys walking across the back yard now. It is not fenced and it backs onto a creek and hill. It is on a public road with neighbors and you have to drive about 1 1/2 miles of well-maintained gravel road to reach it.
