I am looking for a house swap on behalf of my Mum and Dad, who both live in Scotland. They are coming to Sydney for my wedding in December 2022 and I would like them to stay near me in the Neutral Bay/Mosman area (we own a unit in Cremorne). They own a beautiful cottage in the Scottish Highlands which they would offer in return. This swap could be simultaneous or you could use it at a time that's convenient for you.

The apartment is in a first-class location in the trendy sub-urb of Portobello, close to the beach-front and is a short train or bus ride away from Edinburgh city centre.
