We are an easy going family consisting of two adults and three kind and respectful kids (ages 5, 8 and 12). We feel extremely lucky to live in the amazing and lush hinterland of the Gold Coast area. We love spending time together, going on adventures and day trips. We spend a lot of time in our local area exploring the waterfalls, going to creeks and all our beautiful beaches. When we aren’t out exploring we spend time in our beautiful, cosy home. We are extremely house proud and feel it is a privilege to have someone trust us with their home and we would treat your home with the same respect we do ours. Cosy mountain cottage surrounded by trees in the lush hinterland of the Gold Coast.
Our cosy home would suit both couples seeking a quiet getaway and also families seeking adventure and fun. We live in a clean and organised cottage that oozes character and charm.
We are two minutes away from the bustling village life of Gallery Walk full of boutiques, cafes, brewery’s and winery’s. We are also five minutes away from seven different national park walks to suit all fitness levels and to explore the beautiful rainforests and waterfalls.
We have many parks and bbq areas and have a famous lookout where you can take a picnic and sit on the grass and soak in the most beautiful sunset.
When you are at home you can sit on the back deck amongst the canopy of trees and have a bbq while watching all the beautiful array of bird life such as king parrots, rosellas, cockatoos. They may even eat some seeds out of your hand if you are lucky.
The kids can run around the many garden paths playing tag and trying to find all the fairy houses hidden in all the secret spots, they can play in the garden cubby-house complete with toys, have a jump on the trampoline.
Inside enjoy the comfort of our charming home with all the amenities. In the warmer months the beautiful canopy of trees keep our home cool and comfortable. In the cooler months enjoy the coziness of the crackling fireplace.
Tamborine Mountain is a quaint village that has many tourists visit for its beautiful surrounds however it isn’t too busy that it’s overrun with people. It’s such a charming place to visit and we know you would love it.
