Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Smithfield, Cairns, QLD
My husband and I love travelling. Originally from Melbourne, with a lot of family there, we have lived in Cairns 25 years. We are very responsible and neat, especially my husband, Greg. We have 3 older children now; 22yo, 19yo and 17yo, and we still like to travel with them while we can. We usually get someone to mind our beautiful house while away, but would like to swap as well.

We have a pole home set on the hill overlooking Smithfield, near Skyrail and looking out to Green Island. We have a pool, an elderly dog (kelpie, 13yo) and a 2yo cat who is friendly.
We live in a quiet cul-de-sac, with an easy walk to the shopping centre that has a cinema, also the bus so easy transit to Cairns and up to the northern beaches. Palm Cove is a 15 minute drive away, the airport is 15-20 minutes away. The house has air-conditioning, but we rarely use it due to the house being elevated and catching the SE breezes. We have a pool and spa, and a garage with a tennis table.
