Five bedroomed villa with private heated pool located in a smart residential area at San Pedro Playa on Spain's Costa del Sol. The villa is near Marbella and there are views of Gibraltar and Morocco from the nearby beach.
Shops, bars, and restaurants are just a short walk and fashionable Puerto Banus is about 35 minutes' walk on the beachside promenade or five minutes by car.
The villa is furnished to a high standard and has marble floors throughout. There are five double bedrooms, Two bedrooms have double beds, two have twin beds and the fifth bedroom has bunks. Three bedrooms are en-suite and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also an upstairs balcony and solarium.
The property is ideal for family holidays and very safe for children being completely enclosed by walls. The heated pool is approximately 8.5m by 4.5m, (28 ft by 15 ft.). There is an excellent brick built barbecue and bar in the garden plus the area is nearly traffic free.
We are interested in doing a house swap in December 2024 or January 2025 for a property in the area of Randwick, NSW to visit our daughter.
