We live in a Victorian house we have recently renovated which is light, modern, spacious and comfortable. We are a 20 second walk to a quiet road with cafes, restaurants, a wine bar, florist and children's playground. We are also a 10 min walk from Tooting Common which is a very large open, green space for walking, and there are cafes and pubs around the edges. We are a 5 min bus ride to Tooting Broadway tube station from which you can get into central London in 20 mins. Our house is spacious and comfortable with a large open plan modern kitchen dining room, a very large double bedroom, a good sized room for kids with a bunk bed and a single room with a desk and office chair. We also have a large garden with seating and a climbing frame with swings which our kids love. We are looking for a family house to swap with in Melbourne for a trip over Christmas.

Large, spacious, modern Victorian house in a leafy quiet neighborhood a 20 min tube ride from central London. Our house comfortably sleeps 5 people and we have a modern open plan kitchen dining room as well as a large living room with TV and open fire place. We are 10 seconds from a quiet road filled with cafes, a pizza restaurant, a grocery shop, a pub and a playground. It is a quiet community but with lots going on. We are a 10 minute walk from Tooting Common which is a massive, green open space filled with playgrounds, ponds, a café and pubs, cafes and restaurants dotted all the way round. We are a 10 min walk from Tooting Broadway, famous for endless delicious Indian restaurants at well as Tooting Broadway market which is full of new and exciting foodie options.
