Our family of 4 have lived in Shenton Park for 12yrs and we love the village atmosphere and being walking distance to great cafes, kings park, restaurants and a short drive to the beach and city. Sean is an Engineer and works in the city I (Lisa) work in communications. Our two children, Stella (12) and Archie (10) love being outdoors and active so our holidays often revolve around the water. Our house is federation style with a wraparound front verandah, pool, great outdoor kitchen and entertaining area. Inside there are 3 generous size bedrooms, a separate lounge and an open plan living, dining and kitchen.

Our house is a renovated federation style home with a wraparound front verandah, pool, outdoor kitchen and entertaining area. Inside the main bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a single bed with a pull-out bunk and bedroom 3 also has a single bed with a spare mattress, so can accomodate 2 adults and 4 children. There’s an open plan living, dining and kitchen area and a separate lounge with open fireplace. We have solar panels and split system air conditioning throughout the house.
