Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Coolum Beach - 17km to Noosa, Sunshine Coast, QLD
We are a family of 4, (two kids 12 and 9). We love to travel and particularly enjoy coastal areas. We're looking for family friendly stays and open to swaps during school holidays, Easter, Christmas or weekends/long weekends during term. Our home is a coastal relaxing space just a short walk to the beautiful Coolum Beach and shops. It’s spacious, newly renovated, has high ceilings and light breezy indoor/outdoor living spaces. Decorated with modern coastal furnishings and beautiful linen in the bedrooms. The pool is situated right next to the living area, perfect for entertaining or relaxing with the kids in the pool. Enjoy bbq’s at home in the alfresco dining area or stroll into town. The beach is 750m walk. Noosa is a 20 minute drive.

We loved our stay at Steph’s home. It was very clean with beautiful furnishings and lots of space for our family. The pool was great and lots of fun for the kids. The location was perfect for a beach holiday. We walked to the beach every day for swims and a surf. We also enjoyed walking the Coolum coastal track most days during our stay. From Steph’s house it is an easy walk to restaurants and the surf club for dinner. We also loved looking after their little dog Benji. Steph was lovely to deal with and we would recommend her home for a great holiday.
