Looking for a lovely family, individual or couple who are wanting to escape to the country. My family and I are moving to Melbourne in 2025 and will be considering an house swap for our beautiful lifestyle property in outer Launceston, Tasmania. Newly built, modern barnhouse on 10 acres of pasture with private access to the Liffey River which runs through the property (with its own family of platypus). We have an established kitchen garden, outdoor kitchen & fire pit. Our ducks, Chickens, Alpaca & sheep can be left on the property to get the full farm experience. The property is fully furnished, self-sufficient, & requires very little maintenance with all troughs filling automatically from the River and enough pasture for animals to graze without needing to be fed. 15 minutes from the town centre and Launceston General Hospital - it’s the most amazing work-life balance!
