Hi, We are the Gould Family. My name is Jasmine and I married my husband John in 2019. We have 2 beautiful kids Lara 5yr and Daxton who is 4 near Christmas (2024). My husband and I both grew up in the south coast and wanted our kids to grow up near the beach. We started our Build in 2021 and moved in mid last year in 2023. We love the life style living on a golf course and the summers spent at the beach and lake.

The House

Situated on the South Coast of NSW in Sussex Inlet

Newly Built large two story home built within a golf course.

The house features two separate living areas and also a kids playroom full of toys. One bedroom with a queen size bed and 2 bedrooms with singles. Two bathrooms including a bath in one and showers in both. Downstairs features a large open plan living with huge TV for those movie nights away.

The double car garage will be accessible with access to a golf cart with clubs included, some kids size golf clubs also.

The golf course is visible from the upstairs windows and balcony.

Its a short 25 min drive to Jervis Bay, 30 minutes to the Nowra CBD.

2 hours 30 minutes drive from Sydney Airport.

The things we love about living here

5 minute drive to Lake, creeks and countless beaches.
It's a short drive into the town of Sussex Inlet where you will find cafes, pubs, parks and nice walk or bike rides along the waters edge. Jump in the golf cart and make your way to the first tee which is only 200m away.
The weekend markets and regular events including the food trucks over summer. Summer at Sussex features live music and events all over Sussex Inlet.
