Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Albany, ALBANY, WA
Hi, I am single and retired (Barge Engineer - Offshore). I'm fit, ,walk, swim (all year round) and cycle regularly. I play the ukulele, sing and run a local uke group. I volunteer for the NDIS at the local yacht club (where I play music regularly) and currently building 2 St Ailes rowing Skiffs (for community) and love living here in Albany (been here for 32 years & owned my home since then). This is an A Class - Heritage Listed cottage built in 1881. It is a 2 storey house facing West (sunset every day of the year) high up on Mt Clarence (national park) with an easy short walk to the main street and is in the centre of town - great location and very quiet (this map not accurate to where the house actually is).
I have just renovated the back section with double glazing which has made a huge difference. I have installed a 5KW heater/Air cond which is adequate for the whole house. There are a lot of older style homes in this area of Albany and is quite sought after.
