4 bedroom 3 bathroom home a short walk from Little Bay in Sydney's eastern suburbs. Little Bay is a perfect beach for young families as it is sheltered from the ocean waves. Quiet residential community with easy access to the CBD and coastal parklands. 4 golf courses within a 5 minute drive including world famous NSW Golf Club. Great local cafes and dining options. Our home has ducted reverse cycle heating and air conditioning.

The House

Detached 5 bedroom home about a 10 minute walk to the beach at Little Bay in Sydney's eastern suburbs. The front lawn is enclosed by a hedge and the back yard is tiled. Separate laundry. Ducted heating and air conditioning. Not luxurious by Sydney standards but a very comfortable house nevertheless.

The things we love about living here

Proximity to one of Sydney's prettiest and safest beaches at Little Bay. Handy to the Sydney CBD and Sydney airport. A friendly and safe neighborhood. Children's playground and park right across the street.
