Adventurous Tassie couple looking to spread our wings on the big island. We have a toddler and 10 yr old (boys) and figure now is as good a time as any to create some new memories away from the place we call home. Our house: Our house sits nestled in on the edge of the Derwent river and boast modest views of both the river and the city which lies below the world famous kunanyi Mountain. The house consists of 4bedrooms, 1 bathroom, the dining area opens up on to the upstairs balcony which is lovely on a warm day / evening, the property is suited to pets and has parking to cater for all scenarios. There are range of walking and bicycle tracks accessible from the property, as with all your standard ammenities such as Cole’s and Woolworths which are within a short stroll. Our property would make for the perfect central hub for those wanting to explore this beautiful place they call Van demons land
