We love our house! Its on the hill above Christchurch.
Multi-level with a large master bedroom with en-suite, 3 more bedrooms, 2 double and 1 single, plus an office. All with deck access and great views.
Bathroom, separate shower and toilet downstairs.
Large Kitchen dining room, large lounge above.
Double garage, car available in swap.

The things we love about living here

  • Fantastic views over city across the plains to mountains.
  • Very private and quiet
  • large section of .75 acre amongst others the same
  • Direct access to walking track up the hills
  • 10 mins to town centre by car
  • Plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby

The Location

The Location

We are up quite a steep road on the sheltered side of the hill. Glorious views and great walking directly from the house with access to all of the magnificant hill walks.
Great base for road and mountain biking. the Christchurch adventure centre MTB park with gondola is 5 mins away.
The house is very warm, with huge double glazed windows and sun right through til when it disappears over the mountains.
Plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars within 5 mins drive. Town centre only 10 mins or so away.
