Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Balingup, Balingup, WA
We are a family of 5, 2 boys (20 and 16) and a daughter (12), love travelling, skiing in particular. but also love educational trips too. We are from Zimbabwe, moved in 2010, and haven't looked back. Lived in Perth for a while and moved out to our hobby farm in 2020. Recently completed the guest house next door which we bought 3 years ago, ideally suited as a holiday home, listed on Airbnb and our own website. We love our animals and pets, enjoy living in the country, and look forward to our next holiday.

Tegwans Nest is our holiday home (next door to us), a newly renovated spacious country home nestled in the beautiful rolling hills of Balingup with a modern yet country classic feel, open airy living areas, cosy log fire, expansive veranda with breathtaking views, and a promise of rest and relaxation.
Be it relaxing with a glass of red, soaking it all in, 'a chat' to the Alpacas and sheep, an onsite massage, or simply taking long bush walks in the nearby natural forests, there is plenty to do and see.
Well, that's what it says on Airbnb listing:)...
The house has 5 bedrooms, all with queens, 2 bathrooms, and a guest toilet. 2 lounges, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, laundry etc... There is a pool table and other games. The view and location is the draw card, with wineries, sight-seeing etc in our area. Busselton Jetty is an hour away, and Margaret River a little more, both an ideal day trip.
Balingup is known for its eclectic people, lovely rolling hills, and the Medieval Festival, biggest, most popular, in Australia etc etc
We are ideally suited for walkers looking to base themselves here and do a few sections of the Bibulmun Track.
We have some animals on our 2 properties (20 acres in all). You can feed the alpacas, sheep, we also have ducks and chickens, ideal for all ages.
The house has a woodfire for winter and AC for summer, with electric blankets in some rooms for those chilly nights.
