House Swap with us

We are a married couple with a successful history of house swaps throughout Europe. We are now looking to exchange our home with one in Melbourne, Australia, where two of our three children live with their husbands and four grandchildren. I am a Director at a university in the Mid-West Region, and my husband is an Engineer. We seek some independence during our stay in Melbourne to respect our family's privacy, which is why we prefer a direct swap. In 2024 we are looking at Christmas time and in 2025 anytime after August. Our home would be perfect for a family traveling to Ireland for Christmas or for an Australian family or couple interested in exploring Ireland’s exceptionally beautiful West Coast.

Our home offers is extremely comfortable and beautifully maintained with 5 bedrooms; 2 living rooms; 2 large bedrooms ensuite; large kitchen cum dining room; beautiful sun room with outside decking area. Large front and back garden. Utility Room, downstairs bathroom, office/playroom (for grandchildren) and store.

25 mins to the most amazing beaches and the Great Atlantic way with exceptional tourist attractions e.g. the world renowned Cliffs of Moher, Ballyvaughan, champion golf courses such as Dromoland (5 mins way); Lahinch and Doonbeg. Everything on your doorstep.
