We live in a cute little 50's brick rental home on a leafy block. One room has a queen bed and the other bunks. There is a daybed in the lounge for a fifth person. It is cosy, stylish and clean but a 70 yr old home so a bit worn in places! Particularly the shower floor needs re-finishing. It is kid friendly and we are not precious about most stuff. We have a subaru with a child seat and some bikes too.
