Modern apartment in a building which was originally a cinema. Huge ceilings and great views over the city. The apartment has one bedroom and bathroom on the entry floor and a second bathroom and bedroom on the mezzanine floor. Small kitchen with dishwasher, well equipped, and laundry. Please note there is no lift and the apartment is on the second floor, that's counting ground, 1st floor, 2nd floor. There is a garage with a parking spot in the basement.
