Three story house on Fremantle's doorstep.
Located in White Gum Valley, our home is close to Fremantle, South Beach, the Swan River, golf courses... and its a 50m walk to one of the best cafes in Perth too!;-)
Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Each of the three floors also has its own living area and kitchen or kitchenette.
Open to house swap as:
- a five bedroom home on three storeys or
- just as a one storey, one bedroom home with pool or
- or just as the second storey three bedroom apartment with lounge and dining area. (Shared entranceway and staircase with studio apartment on third floor, else entirely separate to the rest of the home.
Each of the three levels can each be accessed entirely independently from the other two levels, and has its own kitchen. Each of the five bedrooms has its own bathroom and toilet.
House is Bavarian architecture style - exposed high end beams, massive windows and doors, tiled floor, double glazed windows etc. Beautiful outdoor patio and pool (small!) area. Very cool in summer, stays warm in Winter.
Five car parks, two in secured garage. (Open to car swaps.)

Very sociable, cuddly cat lives in studio apartment on third floor. Needs feeding and water every day or two, and ideally litter box changed (easy job) every three or four days.
