We are a small family of three who love to stay active and explore new places. Enrique is from Venezuela and works as a Teacher, while Jaclyn is an Accountant. Our energetic three-year-old keeps us on our toes, and we love seeing the world through his eyes. We enjoy activities like bushwalking, yoga, learning languages, and, of course, travel! Having recently discovered House Swapping, we’re excited about the opportunity to save on holiday accommodation, which allows us to spend more on the experiences and adventures in our destinations. We love the idea of sharing our home, and we hope our guests will enjoy our region while spending more on their own experiences. We’re open to swaps on weekends and during school holidays and are looking forward to connecting with fellow travellers.

We have a beautifully renovated 1950 weatherboard with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is set-up for our toddler with a stackable single bed that can be converted into two single beds. The third bedroom is currently set-up as a play room but we can also set up the cot in there if required.
The second bathroom has a bath tub and walk-in shower.
The house has ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling and ceiling fans.
We have a lovely front porch overlooking the front garden that gets morning sunshine. The back deck overlooks our backyard and features an outdoor dining table, two deck chairs, and our BBQ.

We have fantastic wine regions on our doorstep in Milawa, Rutherglen, King Valley, Beechworth, and Glenrowan.
We also have some great bushwalking/hiking trails nearby with the Warby Ovens National Park a 15 minute drive, and Mount Buffalo just under one hour away.
Cyclists rejoice with plenty of cycle paths in town and connecting the region. There are also plenty of mountain bike trails nearby.
Birdwatchers will enjoy the Ovens river walks and the nearby Winton Wetlands.
For families we have some great parks in town and also in the surrounding regions. We've been to them all!
