The House

65 Kms from Melbourne, This home is in the village of Balnarring, and 1 km from beautiful Balnarring Beach. It is single story, with a lovely front garden and wide well furnished deck that looks out onto rolling paddocks and spectacular evening sunsets. The kitchen is very well equipped, For cooking and sharing meals. 4 bedrooms, include 4 Queen beds, 1 single bed and a set of bunks.There is an indoor fireplace for cosy winter nights, and an outdoor fireplace on the deck for gathering and toasting marshmallows. Air conditioning, barbecue, beautiful walks and a fantastic couch to lay on make for a relaxing getaway.

The things we love about living here

An hours drive from Melbourne on an easy freeway link it looks like a suburban house, but the beautiful views transform the ambience of the home. Inside the house is comfortable, well furnished and attractive. Beautiful walking tracks, easy beach access, great parking, excellent wineries, markets, surf beaches spectacular outlook from Arthur Seat, lots of little villages and hamlets to explore, and interesting art and music scene, and all, the beauty that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer
