We are a family of four with two young children, aged 2 and 4. I (Anna) work in health as a speech pathologist and my partner is a public servant. We seeking a couple / family to swap homes with for our occasional weekend visits to Sydney or Melbourne. Our primary reason for visiting Sydney or Melbourne is to see and spend time with family and friends. We are also interested in holidaying elsewhere. We love the outdoors, swimming, tennis, walking and love having adventures in new places.

Our home is centrally located in a quiet area, offering beautiful views of nature.
There is direct walking access to bushwalks, tennis courts, shops, and cafes.
The property has been recently renovated, featuring a spacious layout with plenty of natural light. You'll also appreciate the convenience of two secure underground car parks and a large outdoor balcony, perfect for relaxing.
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry with a dryer, and an extensive book collection.
The master bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite.
The second bedroom is equipped with a single bunk bed and a cot, ideal for children.
The third room is currently a study, but we can provide an inflatable double mattress if necessary.

Narrabundah is a centrally located suburb in Canberra, offering an ideal base for a variety of activities. Our home is just a 5-minute drive from Canberra's renowned museums, art galleries, and the interactive science centre, Questacon.
Within a leisurely 15-minute walk from our apartment, you’ll find an array of shops and charming Fox and Bow cafe. Right down the road, enjoy a round at the local golf club, a workout at the reformer Pilates studio or gym, a hearty meal at the German Club or a game of tennis at the local tennis courts.
For nature enthusiasts, there is easy access to beautiful bushwalks and nature reserves, as well as several playgrounds for the kids. On weekends, you can explore the vibrant farmers' markets and the Bus Depot markets, both of which are nearby. We are close by to all the great restaurants and bars Canberra has to offer.
If you’re a wine lover, the famous Contentious Character and numerous wineries in the Murrumbateman region are just a 30-minute drive away, making for a perfect day trip.
