Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Newcross , London , Greater London
We are an Australian and English couple in our late thirties looking to do a house swap within Australia. We will be travelling with a 6 month old baby. We would like to do an exchange in either Brisbane or the Gold Coast for a short period of time in December 2024 as we will be visiting family. I work as a physiotherapist for the NHS and my husband Shannon is a builder.

A comfortable 2 bedroom house that is perfect for couples and small families, situated in a quiet part of South London.
The property is perfectly placed just 8 minutes walk from the start of buzzing Brockley high street and 15 minutes from Peckham. Both areas host an abundance of cute cafes and cocktail bars. If you’re looking for something a little more layed back, we could recommend Telegraph hill park which is just a stones throw up the road, offering spectacular sunset views of London that can be enjoyed over a bottle of wine.

You will be only 25mins from London Bridge Station from our front door using public transport.

Brockley - 8mins walk
New cross - 12mins walk
Bus stop that will take you Central - 30 second walk
As you can understand, we love our family home and we hope to return to it in the same way we left it. Strictly no parties, please.
