We are active retired teachers originally from Victoria loving living in Cabarita Beach/ Bogangar 2488. We live about 7 minutes from the beach walking with our well behaved 7 year old Schnauzer, “Baci”. Our house is reverse cycle air conditioned and is a modest 3 bedroom with a large garden and pool. We live outside most of the year under a huge gable roofed patio. Our neighbours are lovely. We want to travel with Baci.

Our 3 bedroom house is lovingly maintained by 2 retired seniors. It is a free standing house with a fenced front yard and pool area as well as a large covered outdoor living area. It has a large backyard with lush tropical gardens. The solar heated salt pool and backyard has attractive garden lighting. The backyard is secure with lockable gates. The patio has an overhead fan and a free standing heater. A 3 burner BBQ makes outdoor living perfect. Inside the decor is full of paintings and artefacts collected from our travels. The main bedroom is large with a modern bathroom. 2 other bedrooms have queen beds and share a large bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with an induction stove top, dishwasher and coffee bean grinder. There is a small dining space in the family room off the kitchen which is air conditioned. The lounge has a sofa bed and large sofa with reverse cycle air conditioning.
