We live in a leafy and quaint innerwest Sydney suburb of Summer Hill. Our beautiful family home is 5km to CBD and just a 10min walk to the shopping village where you're spoilt for choice from wine bars, a great variety of restaurants, pattisseries, butchers and the list goes on. Great location for a spot of fashion, toy or home shopping. Surrounded by lots of parks,. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a fully contained brand new granny flat with bathroom/kitchen and sofa bed. Our newly renovated garden includes a spa, large patio and outdoor seating. Only 10min walk to the train station and you're 15min by train to Sydney CBD! Palace Cinemas are 10 min drive away! This location is central to everything.

The House

Perfect Young Family Home! Large kitchen open plan living /dining with 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms plus a granny flat sleeps 2 with 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen. Outdoor Jacuzzi, large entertainment patio/garden/awnings. Skylights throughout the house makes a very light-filled home. Back of house has large bifold glass doors that open the house right up giving a complete indoor/outdoor living vibe! Home has pay tv Wifi etc, Lots of boardgames!!! Kids can enjoy the Jacuzzi and beautiful leafy backyard with full privacy.

The things we love about living here

Newly renovated home, plus we just renovated our backyard so we are loving our new outdoor jacuzzi under the large frangi pani tree. We do lots of entertaining now on our large patio. We love how close we are to the shopping village as we are spoilt for choice with great restaurants and retail shops including a handful of wine bars! We love how leafy and very peaceful it is hear, loaded with parks, even though we are 5 km from the cbd it doesnt feels like it. Our street is very peaceful !! Having the train so close (10min walk away) is super convenient! The house is a single storey, no stairs so great if you have any family in a wheelchair. (Plus outdoor table tennis, basket ball post) Surrounded by several local parks and dog parks.
