Happy family of 3 seeking an snowboarding adventure! We have work that allows us to travel and our 6 y/o is homeschooling for the year so we'd love to spend 1-9 weeks within an hour of any of the snowfields in Australia.

The House

3 Bed Post war home on 100 acres with downhill mountain bike trails, swimming holes, kayaks, goats, cattle and a lovely atmosphere.

Home is warm and loved, has all the comforts, but not a show home, as is the farm!

Highlights are the hot tub (uses fresh water each time and fire to heat it), beautiful views and sunsets, abundant wildlife, 2 x king beds, extra granny flat that sleeps 5 and the location (20 mins to Byron and Mullumbimby and 15 to Bangalow).

The things we love about living here

Wandering down to our private waterhole for a swim of an afternoon, the kids have a ball building forts, kayaking, fishing for bass, swimming and practising their bushcraft skills while we fish and have a fire.
Meandering around the farm, finding lobsters in the springs, picking veges from our garden for dinner.
Favourite cafes Doma (Japanese), Moonshine and Clunes Cafe are all 5 minutes away.
Popping to Byron, Lennox or Brunswick heads for a surf. (all 20 - 30 min away).
Beautiful bushwalks, top class snorkling at Julian Rocks, duck creek mountain bike park 20 minutes away, foodie options galore and a vibrant and friendly community.
