House Swap with us

We are a family of 4. My husband works full time on and off from home in HR Consulting and I work part time in the Sport Industry from home with travel requirements. We have lots of family all over the world, from Brisbane to the US and Florence so we love travelling and exposing our 2 girls to different locations and experiences. We love to decorate our home at Christmas its the best season, so please ask for a pic.

The House

Our home is a family home. We have 2 little munchkins, who love adventure and being outside. It is a 4 bedroom house, 1 is used as a study and three bedrooms. King bed with an onsuite, a king single and single beds with stong single trundle bedframes and mattress under each. It is an open living space with a sperate dining room. We have worked on the Country feel and decorated the house with that in mind. We love being outside and have a bbq, webber and 2 large grass areas, with a trampoline, as we love to entertain and spend time gardening. Plus lots of balls, bikes and an electric bike.

The things we love about living here

We love our life here in Perth especially in the Summer and Autumn. Located in Kardinya we are walking distance (1km) from Coles, Aldi and shops (cafes, Kmart, banks etc). Proximity to Beaches: 12 min to South Beach Fremantle, 16 mins to Coogee Beach, 17 mins to Leighton and 20 mins to Cottesloe beach. Perth Zoo is 18 minutes up the freeway. Other places is we are 15 min from Fremantle the cafe strip and the Ferry terminal to Rottnest (brilliant place to go 25mins on the Ferry across to the island). We live 100m from a Park with a Basketball hoop great to teenagers or young kids.

Fremantle is the music capital having launched many Australian Artists.
Margaret River Wine Region is 3 hours away
