Our house is a 3 year old double story house in a quiet street in the suburb of Watsonia. The kitchen an butlers pantry have every amenity you may need, aside from a coffee maker as we prefer to head out and about for Melbourne's best. There is a queen guest room and bathroom down stairs. Upstairs is the main king room with ensuite. A double room and the 4th room has a king single and trundle. There is also the main nathroom and large bath upstairs. There is 3 living spaces with open plan kitchen dining and lounge (with comfy fold out couch) and a theatre room with a playstation and 80cm TV. Upstairs has a study/lounge. We have a nice outdoor area with a 10 seater table, smoker and BBQ, perfect for a summer gathering along with a nice garden and secure back yard, you will need to keep my worms alive during your stay with the odd feed of scarps. There is laminate floor boards in the main living with carpet in the bedrooms. There is a secure double car garage.

Our house is in a great location for access to the airport (25mins), the city (30mins) and trendy northern suburbs of Melbourne. It is a 1km walk to the train station and 2.5kms to a large shopping centre with restaurants and a movie theatre. There is there large tunnel works in our suburb but you cant see or hear it from our house and it hasn't worried us at all, we are excited to get around quicker.
