Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Chandler, Chandler , QLD
We are a family of 6 who travel often (Husband and wife plus 4 adult children). We have recently signed up to House Swap and are wishing to spend this Christmas with family in Sydney. We are hoping to find a family who love their home as much as we do ours. Our home is set on 2.5 acres, however only 20 minutes drive to the Brisbane CBD, 50 minutes to the Gold Coast and just over an hour to the Sunshine Coast. We are a short walk away from the Sleeman Sports Complex where the are many facilities, including a fabulous gym, swimming pools, BMX track and velodrome. There are many mountain bike tracks nearby and the beautiful bayside suburbs of Manly and Wellington Point only 15 minutes drive away. The ferry terminal for access to Stradbroke Island is only a short drive, this beautiful island is well worth a visit.

Our 5-bedroom, single story acreage home is the perfect entertainer inside and out. The recently built, fully self-contained pool house includes a full kitchen, bathroom and living room plus a fantastic traditional wood fired pizza oven. The pool, firepit, pool table and golf putting green will entertain adults and children of all ages. Our home is a short walk from Sleeman's Sports Complex which hosts many significant sporting events.
