We have a recently renovated inner city 1890s three bedroom two bathroom Terrace house. The house is very comfortable with dishwasher, air-conditioning, gas heating and queen beds in each of the three bedrooms. It is in a very popular suburb serviced by excellent parks and walking trails and has a wide of restaurants nearby and accessible public transport. It is an excellent place to use as a base to explore Melbourne. We are within walking distance of the city and very close to vibrant streets such as Brunswick St and Smith Street. Westgarth is only several hundred meters away. The Clifton Hill railway station is nearby and the trams are 100 m away. We have no pets so there are no allergy issues. We seek non-smokers. We have two bikes and the area has many safe bicycle paths. We are retired teachers in our early 70s and would love to explore different parts of Australia and so we are open to all suggestions. We look forward to meeting you and assisting you to enjoy Melbourne as much as we do.
