Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Tolo, Tolo, Tolo
We are a couple from Ireland and happily splitting our time between living in Ireland and Greece. Currently we are on a twelve month world trip and will be traveling Australia early November and reaching Sydney early December to visit our daughter who lives in Sydney. Our preferred locations in Sydney are on the north shore as we have lived there previously but will consider other costal towns in Sydney. We have our home apartment in Tolo, Greece available and also two additional apartments in a different small apartment block also in Tolo that might suit if the 'swap family' requires two apartments - we will be happy to give both as part of the swap including a non-simultaneous arrangement and a time duration that suits you. We have two apartments available in a three level residential building (a ground floor studio apartment that sleeps two adults and a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor that sleeps two adults and a bed settee that can sleep two childern or young adults).
We are offering both apartments as part of this house swap.
Both apartments are exceptionally well furnished and will suit a family with young adults or a 'three generational' family.
The apartments are 150 meters from the main street of Tolo and a further 50 meters to the beach.
Our one-bedroom apartment is currently being refurbished so photos will be uploaded mid-July when complete.
Our swap request is from 9th December 2024 to 12th January 2025 in Sydney but from our end, we will be happy to share our two apartments for a full two month period. If a shorter swap-stay for us in Sydney is to be considered from our end, we will still consider a longer swap-stay in our apartments in Tolo during the months November 2025 to January 2025. We can discuss best options and flexibility.

Tolo is a local historical town in the Penepolese area of Greece with beautiful beaches and in easy reach of the port of Nafpilo and the surrounding villages of the the Penepolese.
Our three apartments are a three minute walk to the lovely beaches of Tolo. Visit the Tolo Facebook pages and this will give you a great insight into the beauty that is Tolo.
