Hello! We are Annie and Aaron, a couple in our forties who love to go on adventures and travel. Aaron is an architect and teacher and I work in community services. We spend out free time getting out into nature, exploring beaches and mountains, culture, art, food and music. We also enjoy meeting new people and learning about this wonderful world we live in :)

Our house is a classic 1980s beach shack (elevated on stilts) with distant views of the ocean, located in the heart of old Jan Juc. The house is approximately a 10 minute walk to Jan Juc beach, 3 minute walk to the park at the end of the street, 5 minute walk to a large park and 5 minute walk to a beautiful walking track. The house is also a 5 minute drive from Bells Beach, one of Australia's most famous surf breaks. Our house has 3 bedrooms (currently 1 used as a study but we can add a bed to this room if required), 1 large bathroom with separate toilet and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge. It’s not a modern, near-perfect style house but more a vintage, imperfect, character filled classic beach house, which is what we love about it. There are views from the south balcony towards the ocean, plus a large front and backyard. There is hydronic heating throughout the house and a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There is plenty of storage underneath the house for campervans, vans etc.

Headed the other direction, you are in the cosmopolitan large regional town of Geelong with plenty of great food, art and culture on offer. Melbourne and all the incredible culture it has to offer is about 1.5 hours drive away.
