Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in TALLEBUDGERA VALLEY`, Gold Coast, QLD
We are a friendly Australian couple in our 40s. We both work professionally from home. David is a solicitor for a Bank but prefers to be known for his homebrewing (although he won't "party" at your place - or his). Jane is a Business Analyst, and she similarly prefers to be known for her pottery. We did a large number of housesits in Ireland when we lived there and it worked well for everyone.

Beautiful home in the scenic Tallebudgera Valley with a bush outlook, but only 12 minutes drive to Burleigh Beach on the Gold Coast (and 3km away from our local cafe). Cook a BBQ on our deck while spotting wallabies and black cockatoos (and if you're lucky, the odd koala). While we are strictly not a party house, we do have a number of beers on tap usually.
