Our 4-bedroom home spans three levels and features three large indoor living spaces, providing ample room for everyone to enjoy. The house is designed for relaxed family living, with an airy living, kitchen, and dining area forming the social hub. This open-plan space seamlessly flows to a covered alfresco area, ideal for relaxing or entertaining.
One of the highlights of our home is the north-facing covered entertainers' deck that overlooks a gently sloping backyard. The large, shaded lawn is perfect for family and pets to enjoy and opens directly onto a tranquil bushland reserve. This serene outdoor space offers a peaceful retreat and a connection to nature that enhances the overall living experience.
Inside, the home boasts high raked ceilings with split air conditioning systems and ceiling fans, ensuring comfort throughout the year. The spacious family home is designed to offer a serene retreat, with each room providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. We have two dual-screen home office areas, which can be packed away before your arrival for a work-free break.
Our neighborhood is a peaceful enclave, yet it offers easy access to a variety of local attractions. It's just a 10-minute stroll to local coffee spots and the village, where you can enjoy a leisurely cup of coffee or explore local shops. For outdoor enthusiasts, Manly and Freshwater Beach offer fantastic opportunities to catch some epic waves. The nearby Manly Dam provides a perfect setting for picnics and outdoor activities, while mountain biking enthusiasts will appreciate the exciting trails. Additionally, Narabeen Lake is ideal for stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), kayaking, and water skiing.
