We are Helmut and Konni Pallmert. We are newly retired and enjoy an active life full of travel. We live in a very quiet and secluded part on the Gold Coast Australia and are loving it here as it’s right by a river for fishing or just a lovely walk but also within walking distance to Restaurants, sanctuary cove village, shopping and so much more. Helmut is a chef by trade and Konni is a registered counselor. We have owned our house for over 30 years, are very very clean and have two beautiful Adult children

We are living in a beautiful, bright home, full of air and light. Our living space is upstairs with two large deckings out front and back for your enjoyment and watching sunsets, as the house is overlooking the Coomera River up to the Gold Coast hinterland. For convenience we have heating and aircon as well as a spa bath and large pool for summer fun. The house is nicely renovated and has a lovely feel.

We live in Santa Barbara, which is a little Village in Hope Island on the northern and quieter end of the Gold Coast. Our village is right on the Coomera River, featuring a lovely walkway and park with BBQ. Or you can just sit by the river and fish. There is a cafe and a Restaurant in the village and many more in the next village of Sanctuary Cove. The local attractions are endless and start with the many beautiful beaches, the wonderful hinterland, rivers and lakes. There are many National parks with great hiking tracks close by. All themeparks are near. Golf, tennis and dining are 2minutes from the house. So is shopping,doctors and pharmacies as well as gyms. There is a yoga studio in our village of Santa Barbara
