The House

A holiday house in American River set up to relax and enjoy nature as you’re tucked up high in the tree tops overlooking native reserve and nature. Kangaroos and wildlife visit daily to feed on grass below the balconies and you are short walk to the village with sailing fishing and walking trails a plenty. Enjoy local sea food oysters and water side recreation and outdoor activities.

The things we love about living here

Quiet and peaceful safe and relaxing get away into nature. Private setting close to town shop cafe and water edge. Local oyster farm shop and good eating at a number of places walking distance aaay. Central to all the other natural wonders kangaroo island has to offer if you bring or hire a car.
