We are a neat and tidy, semi-retired couple living in the CBD of Melbourne and enjoy the good food, wine and company the city offers. We travel a lot with an interest in different cultures, historical sites and art and architecture and also like to trek and bike ride in Australia and overseas. We are looking for house swaps with people in and around Sydney to spend more time with family. We are also open to long term swaps in Europe and Australia.

Middle floor has living room, dining room and kitchen (dual Ilve ovens, Ilve stovetop).
Ground floor has study (we have used as 3rd bedroom with inflatable mattress in emergencies) and additional desks/workspaces.
